The Complete Guide to solving Week-1 Challenges of Season-4 in Fortnite: Battle Royale.

Fortnite’s Season 4 update got released and its first week of challenges has opened as shown below. Completing the challenges gets you Battle Stars as well as XP. This guide will help you to complete all the week-1 challenges with ease. So Let's get right into it..

Completing these challenges would yield you Battle Stars.

All the challenges are pretty much straightforward and easy to do.

Deal 500 Damage with Sniper Rifles to Opponents:

For sniper rifles , damage is the priority and not kills. So you can go guns blazing with your sniper rifles. But in my opinion, getting 2 to 3 head shots should pretty much help you to complete this challenge. So try to loot as much as you can or if possible target people with Snipers themselves.

Search 7 Chests in Haunted Hills:

No other better way than landing in Haunted Hills at the start of the match. Don’t forget you are not the only one, so keep your eyes open and get as much as chests possible in the main buildings. If you die, I suggest you exit the lobby and try again till you complete it.

Use a Port-a-Fort:

 Get a Port-a-Fort and use it, period

Search F-O-R-T-N-I-T-E Letters:

This one is a bit hard. You would have to collect all the letters that make up the word “Fortnite”. These letters are scattered across the map as floating pickups. But no worries, below I have attached an image which details the spawn locations of all the Fortnite letters.

So far I have found  15, of which you would have to visit 8 in order to  collect all 8 letters of Fortnite. Another important thing, you don’t have to worry about the order in which you collect the letters, as the desired letters will appear in the spawn location you visit. (For example, if you have already collected the letter “F”, the next spawn location you visit, will spawn the letter ”O”)

• Building in centre of Pleasant Park
• On top of the red barn in Anarchy Acres
• Southern edge of Risky Reels
• Roof of central house in Wailing Woods
• At the lantern at the rightmost house in Snobby Shores
• Top of southwest tower in Tilted Towers
• On the eastern side of Dusty Divot
• In play area near burger shop in Greasy Grove
• On top of containers between Tomato Town and  Retail Row
• Look out tower east of Salty Spring
• West of the Racetrack, in the triangle of trees.
• Factory to the northeast of Flush Factory
• Near the helicopter and green screen in Moisty Mire
• Roof of the big house, south of Lonely Lodge

Follow the Treasure Map found in Tomato Town:

This another tough challenge to complete. But No worries, just follow my instructions. The treasure map is located in Tomato Town. Just search the areas around Tomato Town. But if you don’t want any hassle, go to the location mentioned in the map below to find the treasure.

First, head over to Loot Lake. On the east side of the lake, you will find a sunken boat with its nose pointing out of the water. You will be able to find the treasure on top of the boat.

Pistol Eliminations:

In this challenge, I suggest you either go with fast fire rate pistol like the Suppressed Pistol, or maximum fire power pistols like the Hand Cannon.

Eliminate Opponents in Flush Factory:

This is pretty much a luck based challenge. Because in order to complete this challenge, you got to have players to kill in Flush factory, and I believe the best way to complete this challenge is by landing in Flush Factory and going for offensive as soon as get the chance.

Secret Battle Star!!!!

Once you complete all the weekly challenges, a secret Battle Star appears on the map similar to the one found on Tomato Town Treasure map location. This appears on top one of the towers of the Prison.

Collecting the Star grants one free tier towards your Battle Pass progress.
